I have several years at a senior chef position and have a great in depth knowledge of food. I am a fully qualified chef and have a food technology qualification.

About Max
I began working as a chef since the age of 13 and was a star performer in food technology at school. I have worked at a senior/management level of a kitchen involving the training of new less experienced chefs in order to get them up to speed. I have excellent awareness of the food technology curriculum for GCSE as I have achieved an A* qualification in this myself.
