Having known Mr. Baligh for a long time, the impression l have formed about him is that of desire for excellence, hardwork, and trustworthiness. I definitely recommend to all that need his services.

My husband and I have known him for almost 13 yrs and even if we hadn't, we would still recommend him as a very good teacher, especially with kids. I saw him teaching English to his nieces and nephews when he was in Tunisia for a visit and he was great. I know he'd do a good job at teaching Arabic.
