My methodology is to understand the student first and an Individual's command on English and I base my teaching around that.
I first make my students ask questions.
I try to understand what kind of mistakes they make..
And I teach them how to correct these mistakes..
Unlearning wrong methods is very important too
I challenge my students to speak and when they fail I give them the solution .This way they understand how and where they have to use the lessons I teach.
And I like to make learning fun
The key to learning a language is LISTENING.
You can't learn a language unless you learn to listen.
I encourage them to consciously listen and retain as much as they can.
Practice is very important.I encourage my students to practice as much as they can.
