About Trevor
I take a good deal of time making sure that students grasp what has been taught in their lessons. Retention is key when teaching, so I go the extra mile! I teach what students want to learn. I do teach scales and chords, but I teach songs that contain those scales and chords; learning scales and chords without learning songs is rather boring. I teach songs to keep my students motivated!

I have been teaching music for the past 4 years, and I’m well-versed in genres such as rock, metal, and country. I taught at Guitar Center, having the most students in the Deep South district! I teach students their favorite songs; not only do they learn how to play them, but they also learn the techniques and the theory behind those songs! Let’s get you shredding like Van Halen!
