About Julien
I offer math tutoring for middle and high school students, up to the final year of high school, as well as support in other subjects when needed.
I obtained a scientific baccalaureate (Bac S) with a 17/20 average, then completed two years of preparatory classes, which allowed me to reach a level equivalent to the second or third year of university (L2/L3) in mathematics. I also took the BCE competitive entrance exam in mathematics, where I scored 12/20, and went on to study at a top business school (Grenoble School of Management, ranked among the top 10 in France). In parallel, I also earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, which helped me develop a more structured and pedagogical approach to reasoning.
I have already had the opportunity to tutor students up to the final year of high school, which has given me practical experience in working with students of diverse profiles and levels.
My goal is to help students truly understand the concepts, develop effective learning strategies, and build confidence, rather than simply memorizing. I always adapt my explanations to each student’s level and pace.
I can also offer support in other subjects when needed.

I quickly identify the student’s difficulties and, if necessary, go back to the basics. I then work with them to develop a clear method for solving exercises. Each concept is explained in simple terms and immediately put into practice. The goal is to help the student become independent and effective on test day.
