About Patrick
Hi, I have been playing chess regularly for several years now. Now I am more and more immersed in this complex game, and would like to pass on my enthusiasm to other players! These lessons are intended for:
- Starters! People who like to learn a bit more about chess and how it works on a deeper level.
- Beginners! Also for people who are already familiar with chess, and have already made a start, but sometimes notice that they get stuck or do not seem to improve.
Now I would like to make the game accessible, which it is often not yet as of right now.

This can be very different from lesson to lesson. What always comes back is the interactive form of teaching. This can range from analyzing positions to playing a game, with or without comments from me, or discussion of each move. It is mainly what you as a person need, what playing style suits you, etc. And we will certainly try to find out!
This also very strongly depends on your previous experience with the game, depending on what you already know, I will explain the basic functioning of all pieces, the goal of the game, and the basic ideas that can give you an edge against any opponent
