About Shradha
Hello! In my previous role, I was Head of Chemistry in an Outstanding school in London. Qualifications: Masters in Chemistry from the University of Bath (2017) and PGCE from Kings College London (2019). I would love to help you/your child with GCSE Science and A-level Chemistry. As a qualified teacher, not only do I know the curriculum and content extremely well but I also know all of the tips and tricks to teach you how to learn and revise. Being an exam marker, I can also help you with your exam technique as I know what examiners are looking for. I will try my very best to help you understand the theory in order to apply this knowledge and give you the best exam techniques in order to succeed. I want to nurture your passion for the Sciences like my teachers did mine and hopefully inspire you to carry it on in the future.

I am a fully qualified secondary Science teacher with a Chemistry specialism. I enjoy helping students increase their confidence in the subject, using a variety of teaching strategies. Having tutored online, I have found it just as effective as tutoring in person - sometimes more effective as we have so many more resources accessible to us. I tend to let the student lead the lesson with regards to the content. I adapt the way I explain the concepts depending on your needs. I have access to lots of resources that I am more than happy to share with you too. I am flexible with my time and we can also discuss the price per hour more in person. I also hold an enhanced DBS check.

Shradha has been amazing with my daughter, preparing for GCSE, covering many gaps left by the school lack of teachers or attention. She managed to bring my daughter to an even higher grade than predicted for all sciences, not just Chemistry!
