  • How long have you been interested in the field of well-being and are you practicing?

    I have been interested in inner healing and well-being since I was a teenager but I started practicing in 2005 and I haven’t stopped since.
    I have helped hundreds of people, both online and in-person. Also, being a polyglot has enabled me to help people from different cultures and backgrounds.
    I specialize in inner healing from narcissistic abuse, also anxiety and stress management, social media addiction and emotional intelligence.
  • Tell us what your discipline can bring to people's lives.

    Essentially it will help you discover who you really are and start anew. It’s a journey of getting to know oneself, healing and being set free so as to be able to live your life more fully. It’s worth repeating that healing and well-being is always a process.
  • Could you provide some instant top tips to help us feel good in body and mind?

    Certainly. Here are my four top tips:
    ◦Prioritize - decide what/who is important for your personal growth and development
    ◦Eat and sleep well - In short: eat what you feel like but eat it in a healthy manner and eat only 2-3x a day and at the same time. Discover which food gives you energy and which makes you feel drained, etc. Also remember that your bed is for sleeping, not for eating, working, etc.
    ◦Exercise - Forget about New Year’s resolutions, they don’t work. Start by finding out what type of exercise your body and mind would enjoy.
    ◦Get out of toxic relationships - Why? Because these relationships drain your strength and energy and don’t allow you to be who you truly are.
  • How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

    For brevity, I’ll mention only four methods I use:
    •Active Listening & Powerful Questioning - In my vast experience the majority of clients simply need someone who will listen to them attentively and guide them by using the right questions.

    •Backward planning - I love this method because you start with the end result you want and then work backwards to identify the steps needed to get there. Your whole being is involved in the process of planning: body, mind, soul.

    •Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation Techniques - One of the biggest problems today is that we don’t live in the present moment and that we want everything right away. These techniques help us to calm down and to savour the present moment.

    •Positive Psychology Techniques - There are many but for me the most powerful technique is gratitude. Why? Well, it’s a simple exercise that can be done anywhere and at anytime; all you need is to bring to mind that which you are grateful for. It literally gives you wings.

    And, I must add this: the foundation of every successful coaching is always rapport building.
  • With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

    Absolutely! I have learned that each person is unique, which basically means that there are techniques and methods but they need to be applied differently with each person.

    I unlearned giving unsolicited advice. I was a nurse for some years and part of my job was to give advice. I had to unlearn that in the field of life coaching.
  • Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

    Yes, I do. A man whom I met while I was living in Guatemala. He taught me to look at people with loving eyes that are full of hope. He taught me to believe in people and to bring the best out of everyone.
  • How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

    I love walking, hiking, swimming and reading, or just simply sitting and letting life pass by.
    The main thing to remember about relax is that we are all different and what works for one might not work for another. Again, it’s very important to get to know ourselves and to discover what we enjoy.
  • Tell us about a memorable lesson.

    It’s extremely difficult to choose one as there are so many, but here goes one:
    Real transformation begins when a client feels fully heard.
    Early in my career, I focused on giving solutions quickly but one client taught me that slowing down and creating space for attentive listening leads to wonders. Since then, I prioritize active listening and my clients often make faster progress because they feel safe to explore the real issues
