About Julia
I am a licensed educator in New England and I am passionate about fitness, movement, and improving my own mental and physical health habits. I’ve worked as a martial arts instructor for the past 20+ years with individuals ranging from 3 to 75 years young. I think it’s important to build rapport with my students before teaching them important skills.
