I am a very friendly, humble, yet confident young lady. I have experience in Wellness and Heatlh, Reiki, Physiotherapy, First Aid and Massage therapy. I have excellent communication skills and thrive under pressure. I have a good knowledge of Planning and Information Management.

I base my classes on emotional and physical wellness. My practice will help you connect with your unique inner spiritual resources so you can live with steadiness and joy even in tough times. People need that now more than ever. On to the physical being, I focus on coaching about clean diets, cardio exercises and weight training. The mind and the body are one and need to work together in order to obtain optimal results, therefore I focus on the outer and the inner layer of the body.
