About Rebecca
I am a Purdue University graduate who is planning on going to medical school and implementing medical nutrition therapy into my practice as a future physician. I received a degree in Nutrition Science and specialize in helping others achieve their fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle goals by learning to eat and exercise intuitively. I want to help you forego counting calories and dependence on apps and health trackers to foster a healthy relationship with food and a positive body image. I will work with you to identify the learning method that enables you to be the most successful. I supplement my teaching with visual and auditory materials to enhance my lessons and I sharpen my focus to work with you on the topics that you are most interested in or desire the most help with. I believe the customized teaching is ideal, as all students learn in unique ways and rates. When I work with groups, I implement teaching methods that resonate with all group members while leaving plenty of time for individual questions and discussion to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Details
For any travel, I ask that you reimburse me $0.50 per mile. I also ask that you give me 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel a lesson. If you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours of notice, I ask that you pay me 50% of the cost of the lesson that was canceled. Thank you for your understanding!
