About Melanie
I am 3 months from completing a degree specializing in Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine. I believe that in general our diets need an overhaul from time to time and it can be to manage a specific health condition or prevention or even just to improve overall health and wellbeing. I am an advocate for wholesome nutrient-diets for longevity and I would love to share my knowledge.
