About Samayta
Hi! I'm Samayta, a Health Sciences student with a passion for math, science, and poetry, and an even greater passion for helping others discover that they are capable of anything they want to achieve.
I've always believed that the best teachers are the ones who never stop learning themselves. Whether it's finding a new way to explain a concept, creating personalized practice questions, or discovering strategies that make difficult topics easier to understand, I genuinely enjoy the process of helping students grow.
Outside of tutoring, I'm someone who values curiosity and kindness. I believe that every student deserves a learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence without fear of being judged. Watching a student finally understand a concept they've struggled with is one of the most rewarding parts of tutoring for me.
Although I'm new to this platform, I'm not new to tutoring. Through my previous tutoring experience, I've learned that every student is different, and that's exactly what I love about this work. I never use the same approach for everyone because every learner has unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
When I take on a student, I give them my full commitment. I spend time preparing lessons, creating extra practice when needed, and making sure every session is productive and encouraging. My goal isn't simply to help students earn better grades—it's to help them become more confident, independent learners who believe in their own abilities.
If you're looking for a tutor who is patient, dedicated, and genuinely invested in your success, I'd be happy to help you reach your goals.

I tutor elementary and secondary school students in mathematics, sciences, and French, as well as students preparing for exams. Whether a student needs help catching up, strengthening their foundations, or aiming for higher grades, my goal is to spark their curiosity and to share my passion for the academics.
I believe every student can succeed when they receive the right support. My approach is centered on building understanding rather than memorization by adapting each lesson to the student's learning style and pace.
A typical session begins with identifying the student's strengths and areas of difficulty around their lesson plans, followed by clear explanations of the subject, guided practice, and personalized exercises that resemble typical exam questions. I often prepare additional worksheets, review material, and practice questions so students can continue improving between lessons.
What sets me apart is the time I invest in preparing individualized resources such as mock exams, and creating engaging lessons that challenge each student. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing effective study strategies.

I would definitely recommend Samayta to students struggling to understand hard concepts such as algebra or french literature. My grades went up because not only did she help me understand math, she helped me build a strong foundation for 9th grade math by giving me mock exams, practice questions, and all her attention :)
Samayta was my first ever tutor. Fortunately, she was great at her job. She made learning a lot easier. She's not only patient and kind but also stern when needed. With her I didn't only learn the material, I also understood it.
