About Roxana

I am a senior at Rutgers University, majoring in Exercise Science with a robust background in health sciences and general sciences, including biology, chemistry, and physics. My academic versatility enables me to teach a wide range of subjects effectively. In addition to my studies, I serve as a Building Operations Manager at one of the university's student centers, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. I am also actively involved in a cultural organization, contributing to my community and broadening my interpersonal skills. Looking ahead, I am dedicated to furthering my education by pursuing a doctorate in Physical Therapy, aiming to blend my passion for science and leadership into a career that empowers others through improved health and wellness. I am enthusiastic about becoming a mentor to anyone interested in pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, eager to share my knowledge and experiences to support their journey towards success!

About the lesson

Targeted Assistance: I start by identifying areas where each student struggles the most. This allows me to tailor my sessions to address these specific challenges effectively.
Foundational Review: Before diving deep into complex topics, I ensure there is a thorough review of introductory material. This foundation check ensures students are well-prepared and confident to move forward with more advanced concepts.
Interactive Tools and Resources: I utilize a variety of teaching tools to engage students and reinforce learning. This includes worksheets which are integral to my teaching. They provide practical application opportunities and help consolidate learning.
One-on-One Correction: I provide immediate feedback and personalized corrections during our sessions. This hands-on approach helps students understand their mistakes and learn from them in real time, enhancing their understanding and retention of the material.
Progressive Learning: Each lesson builds on the last, ensuring continuous improvement and a deepening understanding of the subject matter.
