Hello, I'm Claudia! I am a First Class graduate in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester and a medical student at King's College London.

About Claudia
I have been tutoring primary and secondary school students from the age of 17, and since then, teaching has been a passion which has grown with me throughout my undergraduate and postgraduate career.
My own academic experiences have given me insights which have made me a better tutor. I recently graduated with a First Class BSc Biochemistry from the University of Manchester. During my degree, I had the opportunity to lead a 12-month research project at the Mayo Clinic in Florida and also to present my work at a number of international conferences. I also formed part of a science outreach programme that makes STEM accessible to young learners through engaging, tailored lessons in local schools.
As a tutor, I am encouraging, goal-oriented and always committed to making learning enjoyable. Whether you're looking for extra support with schoolwork, exam preparation, or improving your understanding of a subject, I'm here to help you succeed.

My aim is to support my students to reach their academic potential by growing their confidence with every lesson. As a tutor, my responsibility is to identify areas for improvement and help students build a strong foundation that will propel their learning.
I like to teach in a one-to-one setting as this creates a safe environment for the student to ask questions and learn at their own pace. My lessons are typically 60 minutes long, focusing on one topic at a time. I also run revision sessions where we can go through practice questions or go back over any weaker areas.
Additionally, I have experience teaching students with special learning requirements, such as dyslexia, ASD and ADHD.
