About Francesca

I am an 18 years old student, currently studying in London at SOAS University of London. I am doing a Bachelor’s in Korean language and culture. As someone who is multicultural and multilingual, it is my passion to learn and teach languages. Hence, I decided to offer my French skills to share with others the beauty of French culture and its language.

About the lesson

My qualifications include having done my entire schooling and Baccalaureate exams in French (at Lycée Français Jean Monnet de Bruxelles), which included oral and written exams on various subjects namely Philosophy and Economics.

Before I start teaching, I ask my students what type of learning methods they prefer. Some students prefer conversation while others prefer a focus on grammar and vocabulary. My methodology of teaching include knowledge by recall and review, phrasal or sentence pattern practice as well as listening and translation practice. Interaction methodology as there is a high level of interaction between student and teacher. Typical length of a lesson would range from half an hour to two hours depending on the student’s choice. Students of all ages are welcome.
