About Racquel Ann
My name is Racquel Ann Ricana. I am a hardworking, responsible, and determined person who values education, family, and personal growth. I believe that learning is a lifelong process that helps individuals become better versions of themselves.
As a teacher, I am passionate about gaining knowledge and developing skills that will help me make a positive impact on others. I enjoy learning new things, meeting different people, and taking on challenges that help me grow. Although I sometimes face difficulties, I try my best to stay positive and work hard to achieve my goals.
One of my strengths is my willingness to help others. I enjoy sharing what I know and supporting people whenever I can. I also value respect, honesty, and kindness because these qualities help build strong relationships and a positive environment.

Teaching is a meaningful and rewarding profession that allows me to influence the lives of my students. Through my experiences in teaching, I have learned many valuable lessons that have helped me grow both personally and professionally.
One important lesson I learned is that every student is unique. They have different abilities, learning styles, interests, and backgrounds. As a teacher, I realized that using a single teaching strategy is not always effective. I need to be flexible and creative in presenting lessons so that all students can understand and participate in the learning process.
