I hold a second degree black belt in an empty hand self defense system known as JKD (Jeet Kun Do) I am also an internationally ranked instructor in a Filipino weapons based self defense system called PTK (Pekiti Tersia Kali) . I also have over 11 years experience in training BJJ. I am passionate about continuing to learn and teaching people of all ages Martial Arts!
