About Harry
I am a Certified personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise(ACE). I completed my certification and Training from Singapore. In addition, I am also certified in CPR+AED from the Singapore Emergency Responders association as a First aider. I specialise in Fat Loss, Muscle gain, Improved stability, Mobility, strength and Stamina.

My approach to helping my clients lead much more healthier and fulfilling lives is by using scientifically proven strategies to form new habits that are sustainable in the long run. I use the Transtheoritical model of change to help clients shed poor habits and form new habits that lead to enhanced focus, improved health, strength and stamina and Fat loss. I have successfully helped all my clients achieve their fitness goals. In addition, i am also completed my MBA from the university of Liverpool UK in Business management, marketing and Strategic Human resources. I personally lead a very healthy life which i model for my clients.
