I am a very diligent worker, and I always follow and complete my lesson plans. I am also well liked by the students and the staff, I often get praised on my professionalism and my overall skills as substitute teacher. In addition to my professionalism and skills, I have great classroom management skills. The students respect me a great deal and they have no problems with completing their daily assignments when asked.

When I am in the process of teaching, I enjoy class interaction and participation, for example I may ask a question about the lesson that I am teaching and call on a student to respond with the correct answer. This allows the students to become engaged in the lesson. As a substitute, I have also taught classes on how students can improve their study skills.
