About Tej
I am an IFBB Pro Figure Athlete and Powerlifter. I have been in the fitness industry and have practiced as a fitness and nutrition coach for the last 8 years. Coaching is something I have been very passionate about. I have transformed a number of people during this time.

I prefer to facilitate a person's natural learning process. I structure a person's training and nutrition by enabling them to make small changes each day / week so they can bring about changes in their lifestyle. Fitness should be made a part of one's life and not the other way round.
