About Ellie
i have had some issues with my mental health and within my healing time i worked hard to learn about mental health. in a stressful time you need some one to talk to i'm here. Think of me as your online (unqualified) therapist. THINK POSITIVE WITH ME, I have done a GCSE in physiology and sociology so this gives me some knowledge.

I also give you positive thinking and de-stressing exercise's that i find help a-lot. i also think of coping mechanisms for you so you can help your self in stressful and negative situations.
