About Harvey
Hello! My name is Harvey Padua, and I am an English tutor who is passionate about helping young learners build strong foundations in reading, writing, and communication.
I have experience working with early learners such as toddlers, Grade 1 early readers, and early writers. I focus on making English simple, clear, and approachable for children who are just starting their learning journey.
I am patient, supportive, and I always adjust my teaching style depending on the child’s pace and understanding. My goal is to help students feel confident in using English, especially in reading comprehension, basic writing, and speaking practice.
I also value creating a calm and encouraging learning environment where children feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and improve step by step. My approach is structured but friendly, helping students build skills they can use in school and everyday life.
