About Joshua
I've been skinny for the majority of my life and it has been something that majorly affected how i viewed myself. In addition to this, it drastically increased my insecurities and i hated seeing myself in clothing that particularily exposed my arms as well as tight clothing. But, with the right guidance I've been able to sculpt myself to a much higher standard of one that I can say I am proud of.
