Axe Bahia Dance is a very energetic kind of dance the mixes elements of samba no pé and aerobics and because of the lyrics which are made for entertainment and full body workout. Axe Bahia dance is ton of fun, and also brings you positive energy, high cardio, helps numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits. This can include improved physical fitness, coordination, flexibility, stress relief. My classes are fun and energetic.
