About Paola
Hi! I'm Pao, a dedicated yoga instructor with 7 years of personal practice and 2 years of teaching experience. My journey into yoga started when my mom introduced me to my first class, and since then, I’ve explored various styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, and Ashtanga Yoga. Recently, I’ve focused on teaching Dharma Yoga and Meridian Sequencing, bringing a blend of techniques to my classes.
My approach is practical, inclusive, and focused on helping students of all levels reach their goals, whether that’s increasing flexibility, reducing stress, or improving strength. I’m currently enhancing my skills through a Neuro Yoga Teacher Training with Adell Bridges, ensuring that I bring the latest techniques and insights to my classes. I’m passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment, and I’m excited to help you on your yoga journey!

I aim to create a supportive environment where anyone, regardless of experience, can work on their fitness and relaxation goals.
I’m currently expanding my knowledge through a Neuro Yoga Teacher Training with Adell Bridges, which allows me to stay updated with the latest techniques and insights. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, I’m excited to bring my energy and expertise to your practice, helping you achieve your goals and feel your best. Let's get started!
