About Yusra
I am an undergraduate student in university. I believe that the younger generation need more help when it comes to mental health. Because our generation is changing, we need to adapt to new ideals as a community and i would love to help people find themselves within.

My teaching method is say what is on your mind. At the end of the day negative thoughts in your head build up due to conflict between other negative thoughts. Talking about your first hand thoughts can be relaxing and lift a huge weight off your shoulders. No one judges in my class.
