About Abhishek
It's a long bt very intresting story,
Basically i am preparing for competative exams in my engineering domain. I started bodybuilding back in 2011 but got injured with a lower back injury due to lack of guidance and the myths created by some illetrate coaches. Recovered myself afterwards and then reserched a lot about body building nutrition and exercise techniques. After my recovery i came back on game and pratically applied my knowledge there. And till now i never stopped workout as well as studying more in this.
