About Aria
Language is, simply put, a tool for connection that requires practice. I bring my Bachelor of Education in French Immersion and 10 years of experience into every session to ensure a logical flow.
We focus on listening comprehension, idioms, and reading tasks that prepare you for real world scenarios. You might find that we tackle pronunciation and accent refinement through direct, conversational feedback.
Mock speaking exams with feedback are a standard part of how we track your development. I incorporate professional writing and presentation drills for those in business settings. Because I understand the exam landscape, I provide targeted support for your specific goals. I will always make sure we move at a pace that feels productive and manageable for you.

Having guided 461 students through their language goals, I draw from my background as a former federal language instructor to keep things clear. My Bachelor of Education in French Immersion from the University of Ottawa informs how I break down complex English structures for my learners.
