About Natasha
I’m fairly new to English teaching (two years in) but I’ve been tutoring for over4 years now.
I love reading and have always loved helping other people. Tutoring and teaching are activities that I’ve enjoyed immensely.
My goal is to meet people at the level they’re at and help them achieve their full potential.
Graduated from Stirling University with a BA Hons in English Studies. Graduated from Dundee University with a PGDE in Secondary Education.
I’ve been an English teacher for two years now and I have experience in teaching S1 though to National 5. Taught a range of subjects including: prose, media, poetry, creative writing, persuasive writing, reflective writing, critical essays. Taught the National 5 course in full - with a focus on MacCaig for the set text element.

Personalised approach to tutoring, will find a method that is going to help you achieve the best that you can.
In the first lesson, we will discuss your individual needs and decide on a plan of action. From that point onwards, lessons will last approximately an hour: time at the beginning to discuss any developments from the last session, the bulk of the time dedicated to focussing on your specific requirements, and then we will round up with a recap of what we have done.
I want every student to be the focus of the session: I will listen to you, and adapt the session so that your individual needs are being met.
Sessions will typically last an hour.
