Full disclosure, Erica is my daughter.

She knew all the letters at 18 months. She learned to read before starting school. In first grade, the teacher would send her to the second-grade class for reading time.

Erica became a voracious reader. She probably read more books by 10 than I have read my whole life!

Reading is learning. Erica has a great understanding of grammar and structure.

Erica is great at explaining things, and she is very patient.
