About Eden
I am a high school student, and I often times am doubted a lot on my tutoring skills because of it. I think being closer in age to the kids I tutor creates a more comfortable, and expressive environment. I devote my time to helping those I tutor, and make sure they know it’s okay to ask questions, and make mistakes and let them know there is no shame in doing so.

I would say I am a very approachable person. I like to let the people I’m tutoring feel comfortable around me, and be as helpful as I can be. I typically like to have. a small chat to make them feel mor comfortable as it can be stressful to jump right into work without feeling comfortable with the person assisting you. I’m able to create a helpful learning environment for everyone, and know I’ve been able to in the past. I try my hardest to create an engaging learning experience, where there aren’t pressures that can be brought on at school. I’m young enough to believe I can relate to who ever I may be tutoring and make them feel comfortable to make mistakes, and ask questions to keep trying again. In the past I have tutored kids 10 and younger, and for each one I was able to create a safe, engaging environment.
