About Leah
I'm Leah. I'm a grade 10 student who's suffered from severe social anxiety ever since I was born. Up until a few years ago, my anxiety was so bad to the point of depressive episodes, and inability to socialize and go to school. After learning more about anxiety through professionals, and through self discovery, knowledge about coping with anxiety comes easy to me.

You may be wondering "Why not take my child to a psychiatrist?". I absolutely agree that, depending on the severity of your child's mental health issues, you should prioritize professionals' help way before mine. The key difference is relatability. I consider myself a safe space for clients to talk about their everyday stress. With kids, having someone closer to their age will generally make them susceptible to opening up emotionally. I would like to help manage anyone's anxiety as much as I manage my own.
