About Natasia
I used to be an assistant language teacher in Japan for 4 years. I have experience working with groups and individuals from the ages 12 years old to 85 years old. I can do many different activities; from basic conversational activities, to fun English interactive learning games. I have a B.A in Communications, and a certification in TEFL. I am currently working on a M.A in Mental Health Counseling; so I have an array of experience

I am based in Woodbridge, VA. I believe in doing interactive, English learning lessons that will involve participation from all students. I recognize some students are shy, while some are outgoing...so its always my goal to create well-balanced activities to accommodate all students and their learning styles.
During the first lesson, we would do introduction activities; with these, I can gauge the students’ learning styles and interests. From there, we can either go with the flow, or create a planned lesson schedule (whatever works best for the student).
Due to COVID, I prefer to do lessons either online, or in an open area (i.e parks, cafes...) at this time.
