About Nicol
I am an experienced English language tutor and I have worked with many international students to help them pass exams, prepare for university, help with work situations, and become more confident and proficient in their English ability.
I have taught English for many years both online and in the classroom. I teach global communication skills at an international university and I also work with private business clients to proofread and edit their documents.

I assess the English of each student and design a study plan to help reach their goals.
I use an interactive approach, which means I maximize student practice time during the lesson. I give feedback after each lesson and homework and practice activities.
I work with teenagers up to adult learners of all English levels. I specialize in Academic English skills and exam preparation for IELTS and Cambridge exams.
I am a university professor and a published researcher and can help with proofreading essays and business documents.
