About Ellen
My practice is rooted in a deep dedication to yogic ethics, specifically the Yamas and Niyamas. To me, yoga is a commitment to Ahimsa (non-harming) and Satya (truthfulness). I reassure my clients that their safety and well-being are my highest priorities. I don't just teach movement; I uphold a professional and spiritual standard that respects the tradition’s roots and honors each student’s personal boundaries. You are not just hiring an instructor; you are partnering with a guide who operates with total integrity and a 'service-first' mindset."
