About Eric
I have travelled extensively around Europe, living and working in many different European countries. I love to learn new things about different cultures, especially the local language, the food, cooking and the local sports teams. I like to become part of the local community wherever I can, and now speak fluent Greek and Spanish, which I learnt by being involved in the local neighbourhoods where I have lived. My children are half Scottish, quarter Greek, quarter Cypriot..... and I used to cook in my very own Greek restaurant!!
