About Klaudia
I have a BA Business Management Degree
Throughout my first year of working as a private tutor, I have worked with students from various sectors, regions and cultures. I have worked with many UK as well as international universities students on. I have taught students who were in college and university and high school.
My area of expertise is Business & Management Studies. I have supported students in modules including Marketing, Emerging Environmental Issues, Human Resource Management, Strategy and Strategists, Leadership, Recruitment & Selection, Enterprise Creation and Knowledge Management Principles. It is important to highlight that in the past, I have also taught Law, Sociology, Psychology and Media Studies.

Methodology
~ Services available ~
The services that I offer include mentoring as well as proofreading and editing.
1. Mentoring: This service includes thorough mentoring and assistance in the completion of the assignment. When mentoring I will carefully analyse the assessment that the student has been assigned. I will break down the assessment brief and I will assist the student in constructing a detailed answer plan. Furthermore, I will provide any other vital guidance accordingly to the student's needs.
2. Proofreading and editing: This service includes improving the formality of the language, spelling, punctuation, grammar, consistent terminology, the layout of the document, improving logic, relevance and clarity, clarification of arguments, guidance as to a specific structure and style as well as standardising specific terminology.
~ My teaching style ~
I differentiate my teaching according to every student’s needs. I am a professional and patient tutor. I have a persistent, nurturing but firm approach. I am fun, approachable and down to earth. I teach in a relaxed atmosphere where I take the time to ensure that the student understands everything covered during the session. I try my best to cover every aspect in as much detail as possible. I strive to bring clear thinking to the most complex issues facing businesses through the use of theoretical frameworks.
Due to Covid-19, sessions only take place remotely (via Zoom/Teams). Each session lasts an hour. I do not require students to have their camera on as I am fully aware of the fact that some students might be anxious and shy.
~ Requirements and additional information ~
1. If you require mentoring: All students are advised to email me the coursework that they require help with (examples include assessment briefs, essay questions, report briefs etc). Students are also encouraged to explain the problems that they are experiencing. I also advise my students to also attach a marking scheme if one is provided. Students are asked to email me all of the coursework materials prior to the session so that I can prepare and ensure the session's effectiveness and efficiency.
2. If you require proofreading and editing: All students are advised to email me their assignments as early as possible. My preference is to receive the assignment 48 hours before the due date, however, I am flexible.
