About Aanam
Hi, I’m a passionate and dedicated tutor with a strong academic background and a love for teaching! Originally from India, I moved to Canada in 2019 and hold a postgraduate degree in Financial Planning with honors. Throughout my academic journey, I excelled in English, scoring 90% in high school and achieving an impressive 8.5 band score on the IELTS exam. I’ve worked on several English-based projects, which has honed my skills in writing, communication, and project development. My goal is to make learning fun, engaging, and relatable, so every student feels confident and excited to grow. A Typical Lesson Plan:
Warm-Up (5-10 minutes): Start with a fun activity like a quick word game, tongue twister, or discussion about a student’s favorite topic to get them engaged.
Lesson Introduction (10-15 minutes): Introduce the topic with examples and visuals to make it relatable.
Interactive Learning (20-25 minutes): Use hands-on activities, games, or group discussions to deepen understanding.
Practice and Application (20 minutes): Work on exercises, writing tasks, or project brainstorming to apply what they’ve learned.
