About Luz
Hello, my name is Luz, my biggest passion in life is to share well-being with other beings.
I have extensive Yoga Teacher Training (over 1, 000 hours, including 500 YTT, Level 1 and 2 Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, and training in the Yoga Tune-Up Method). Alongside my Yoga Teacher Training, I am a certified Mindfulness Teacher, a Certified Nutrition Coach, and a Business Undergrad. I am the mother of two teens, and my current study interests include trauma-informed teaching, sustainable equity, diversity & inclusion practices, and the benefits of sleep to improve health.
Creating well-being in our lives creates the possibility of creating well-being in our world!

I teach yoga classes specially designed for seniors, children, and prenatal and postnatal parents. Each class is tailored to the students it will be delivered to.
Well-being should be an interdisciplinary pursuit, and Yoga helps to establish a healthy foundation of awareness in the body and mind.
While I only work with select clients- it would be a pleasure to have a conversation and see if we are a good fit!
