About Edward James Baxter
I have worked as an archaeologist for twenty years, in five separate museums and over a hundred different excavation sites across the country and abroad. Over the years I have trained myself in many academic disciplines and have specialities in the prehistory of Europe, the Mediaeval period and modern history. I have taught at ten different schools, from top performing schools where they practise two hours of meditation a day; to inner city schools requiring a different approach to the many rewarding challenges teaching brings. I have taught Geography, History, Religious Education, Classics and Philosophy & Ethics. My wide range of interests, on the job experience of knowledge and my unique achievements in the fields of archaeology, give me a great perspective on teaching and how to teach to other students and pupils.
