About Meg
I have taught at GCSE level students voluntarily particularly in modern war studies. I taught for 6 weeks and received very good feedback on my teaching. I apply both practical lessons when I can, encouraging their involvement within activities so that it is not purely lecture based. I have successfully taught students that have improved their grades simply by learning to enjoy academic study, something which I pride my method of teaching on.
Leadership I teach in the Air Training Core to cadets. I have been teaching for 3 months, incorporating practical activities and theory lectures so that a depth of understanding is gained as well as building confidence to lead a group of people. I endeavor to aid people in building confidence, improve their communication skills, and to prove the theory that great leaders of the 21st century are made, not born.

I usually teach 13-18 year olds but I am happy to teach anyone with a desire to learn and seeks to reach their full potential.
My lesson structure I base on individuals and how an individual learns. Once I have learned how best you learn and what topics need to be covered, I will come up with a structure that will chronologically and logically build knowledge from the base up so that there is a complete understanding of every topic covered. Leadership lessons particularly will incorporate both practical and theory based studies.

Details
All lessons will take place over webcam unless the individual lives in the within 10 miles, in which case I am happy to travel to the students' home.
For GCSE level students the price per student will be £12, for A-level students it will be £14 per hour and for leadership training the cost will be £14. Special rates for multiple hours are available.
