About Victoria
I have a very good work ethic. I will do my best to instill that into the learner. Show them how when you study hard and keep going at something, it will be worth it.
I know I've had to learn that and it takes time, a lot of time. In the end it feels good. To know that you have worked so hard to get where you are at and to see the fruits of your labor blossom.
I will do my utmost best to insure that the learner will be the best they can be. It may be hard at first, but then again Rome wasn't built in a day. It will be a process, yet I know I can help them through it.

I will come up with engaging questions about the subject matter and it will better help me to where the learner is and what we can improve on together.
I do my best to immerse the learner into feeling like they are in that time period or subject. How would someone from that era would think and feel. How would they react to certain situations. What other things could have been done.
My plans would include the subject at hand. Questions and scenarios that will guide the session along making sure the learner is getting all they can out of a session.
What sets me apart is that I am kind and compassionate. I will take the time that is needed to make sure that the learner gets the information they need in order to understand the subject matter at hand.
My lessons are mainly for sixth grade through twelfth.
