About George
I am a graduated History and Classics teacher with more than 6 years' experience in tuition. My passion for teaching started at a young age; for this reason, I entered higher education, studied Classics with a specialization in History and Archaeology. I am passionate about teaching and I support each student differently depending on their needs. I spend many hours preparing notes and material before each course in order to help students achieve their goals and overcome their weaknesses. I started working as a private teacher while I was a student at university in order to gain experience and acquaint myself with different subjects. Currently, I work as a private teacher and my duties include: - Teaching History, English, Classics (Latin, Ancient Greek, Archaeology) - Preparing students for History and English GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level exams - Supporting students with their daily reading to help them overcome the weaknesses they face at school - Offering extra support to students - Providing students with learning material and trying to make the course more interesting and comprehensible by using interactive and modern methods.
