My name is Margot, I live in the Canary Islands.
I first met Aran in 2005, she was my 1st Spanish teacher. I was 51 at the time & didn’t speak a word of the language, so quite a daunting task (for both of us)!!
However, Aran was really friendly, fun, professional and patient.
She found the best way forward for me and I thoroughly enjoyed our lessons.
We went out to bars, shops, the beach so I could get immersed in real life, everyday conversations. Within weeks I was speaking, reading & writing Spanish.
A fantastic teacher.
Infact 19 years on, we are still friends.
