I hold a Bachelor of Music (Piano Performance, Solo and Chamber Music). Before I become a teacher, I performed across Macedonia and Europe as a soloist and accompanist with a lot of ensembles.

About Petar
I’m currently the Piano Teacher at Elementary and High School for Music in Shtip, Macedonia – Sergej Mihajlov, where I cultivate students in piano and music development by teaching instrumental techniques, scales, music theory, side reading and chamber music. I explain and demonstrate pitch, tempo, rhythm, and other concepts that are fundamental to playing music. I also grade assignments, evaluate progress and plan educational activities.

I’m currently the Piano Teacher at Elementary and High School for Music in Shtip, Macedonia – Sergej Mihajlov, where I cultivate students in piano and music development by teaching instrumental techniques, scales, music theory, side reading and chamber music. I explain and demonstrate pitch, tempo, rhythm, and other concepts that are fundamental to playing music. I also grade assignments, evaluate progress and plan educational activities.
I find teaching to be both energizing and intellectually stimulating, especially in view of the steep challenges that music education now presents. While I teach my students to be excellent musicians and performers, I strongly believe that music positively influences self – esteem, communication skills, stress management and creativity for their entire life. Furthermore, why is it important to draw upon classical music as a part of curriculum, I proactively seek out material from contemporary musicians and styles to engage and stimulate young learners.
