About Suba
Dr. R. Subasaranya is an accomplished academician and researcher in English Literature with over a decade of teaching experience in reputed institutions. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai. Over the years, she has also held academic positions at Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies (VISTAS), Chennai, Bharathi Arts and Science College for Women, Salem; Merit Polytechnic College, Ambasamudram; Little Flower Polytechnic College, Chennai. She earned her Ph.D. in English from Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies in 2023. Her research interests span gender studies, feminism, diaspora literature, postcolonial studies, and contemporary literary theory. She has published several research articles. An active contributor to academic discourse, she has presented papers at numerous national and state-level seminars, webinars, and workshops. She has also guided postgraduate research projects and received multiple academic recognitions. Known for her strong research orientation and dedication to teaching, she continues to inspire learners through her scholarship and commitment to literary studies.
