About Ellen
I am a former professional ballet dancer and have been teaching ballet and improvisational dance for over 40 years. I have also been practicing and offering trauma informed embodied mindfulness, spiritual guidance and life coaching for decades. I can teach yoga and I am also a mediator.

My coaching approach is very humanistic and client centered. It is holistic, heart and soul centered with a deep respect for the individuals I work with. I practice and encourage deep listening and trusting our innate creative intelligence, and I nurture self-acceptance and embodied mindfulness. I am trauma informed. It is my joy to connect and to reflect back the unlimited divine nature that I invariably find in those with whom I work.
