About Xena
I am a Trainer currently based in Germany. I am passionate about calisthenics and fitness. Having started my own journey from zero, I understand the challenges of beginning and progressing. I work with clients on a daily basis, creating individualized training plans and delivering personal training sessions tailored to their goals.

Whether you are just getting started with fitness, you want to get your first pull up or you can already do the basics and want to improve your form and work towards more advanced goals —- I can support you in your fitness or calisthenics journey.
If you’re looking to get started but don’t know where to start— I offer individualized training plans as well as instruction to make you feel confident in doing the exercises.
If you are looking for more hands on instruction: I also offer online coaching. There you can expect live coaching over video chat as well as weekly check-ins on progress and modifications to your plan and exercises when needed.
A typical online coaching session includes:
- Warm-up and mobility work specific to your needs
- Guided calisthenics training focused on strength, form, and control
- Real-time feedback and technique correction via video
- Short explanations to help you understand each movement
- Cool-down and recovery recommendations
