I work based on Biomechanics and Tensegrity, conceiving the body as a unit an organism in constant transformation, influenced by energies emotions and organized by the mind. The classes are structured PRANAYAMA, sequences where through techniques of ringing we get to generate hemispheric balance and mental calm. SEQUENCES OF ASANAS. sequences of body postures combined with conscious breathing to work the different myofascial chains and release the accumulated emotional and physical stress. re-educating the body and mind and connecting with our eternal being. SEQUENCES OF MEDITATION AND RELAXATION. composed of music therapy and vibration through the Tibetan bowls.
